Join Rachelle for a mindful practice that deepens awareness of alignment, activation and deepening the connection to the body. Each six week series will focus on a particular concept, explored through breath, movement, and mindfulness that incorporates yoga philosophy, anatomy and science backed protocols. Along the way, find encouragement to feel more deeply into your own body, embrace where you are *right now*, and hold space for yourself exactly as you are in any given moment. Each class will be accessible for any experience level to join even if you miss other classes in the series. All classes will build on each other and help deepen the understanding of each concept, but can also be appreciated as a stand alone class.

Flow yoga, also known as Vinyasa flow, is a style of yoga that links postures, or asanas, together with the breath to create a continuous, flowing sequence of movement. It's a dynamic and energetic practice that can build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Key elements include synchronizing each movement with an inhale or exhale, often starting with sun salutations, and adapting the pace and intensity to different levels.

Adaptable: Classes can be modified to suit different levels and can range from gentle and slow to very vigorous, with names like "Easy Flow" or "Power Flow" to indicate the intensity. Every pose can be adapted to your own personal level as well. The instructors will offer guidance along the way.
